ORDERING:
To order, please give us:
1. Your name and credit card billing address.
2. Shipping address if different.
3. Credit card number and expiration. Orders over our Website Secure Server ARE secure.

4. Your daytime voice phone number and/or your dedicated 24hr fax number and/or your email address. If we have a query about your order, then we will contact you that way, rather than via 'snailmail'.

5. Item(s) you wish to order - use our 'Ref No.' please.
6. Quantity wanted.
All prices are quoted in US dollars.

At this time, we regret that, due to Bank regulations, we cannot accept credit card orders from Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Syria or Ukraine. However, we will ship goods to some of these countries when prepaid in full by International Money Order or bank draft in US dollars.

MODEL COLORS: When you order a model, we will ship whatever color is available. Although we specify a color in the description, it is common for manufacturers to ship the next batch to us in a different color without warning. If you must have only one color, please state eg 'black only'. If we don't have black, we will ship nothing. If you say 'black preferred', we will ship black if we can, or another color if we don't have black.

We charge your credit card only for the goods we ship and not until the day we do ship. To protect you in case your card has been stolen, we use address verification when obtaining approval for the charge. We may also call or email new customers to verify that you did in fact place the order. We apologize in advance for this, but it is to protect you and your credit card.

TAXES
We charge New Jersey sales tax on shipments to NJ addresses only. (Not magazines or subscriptions).

We must charge GST on magazine subscriptions for residents of Canada only.

We do NOT charge taxes on shipments to any other state or country.

However, YOUR country may charge you taxes and fees over which we have no control. If you decide not to pay these taxes when your parcel arrives, then you still remain responsible to us for the cost of the goods and outward shipping. If the goods are returned to us, then you will owe us additionally for the return shipping cost. In some Countries, if you refuse your shipment, your Customs charge us for the duty you refused to pay! In that case you are then liable to us for that duty.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS: USA and Canada
All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. We pay FedEx extra to insure all our shipments fully. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should happen, this is what to do:
If you receive damaged goods from FedEx, advise EWA (email, fax or call the Returns Line (+1 732 424 7810) and we will make arrangements for FedEx to inspect the goods and then return them to us, free of cost to yourself. Please do not return damaged goods to us without contacting us first or you will invalidate the insurance.

After we receive damaged goods back here via FedEx, we will ship a replacement - of the same item - to you at no cost. If you prefer immediate replacement, we will do that, subject to stock and will charge for what we ship. You will receive a refund from us after we receive the original goods back from Fedex.

If you receive damaged goods from the Post Office please report it to them.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS: Rest of the World
If you receive damaged goods, or if your parcel does not arrive, email or fax us to let us know. We will reply with help on how you should proceed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the item within 30 days carefully packed with original wrappings and in new, unused and saleable condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return, so we suggest that you insure the item for your security.
It is not uncommon for mass produced models under $75 to have minor imperfections or paint blemishes. You can resolve most of these problems yourself with careful use of a little car polish.
If you need suggestions on this, please call 732 424 7810.
If you return such a 'manufacturer defect' model, we will replace it with another of that identical number only. We will charge you only for return shipping to you.

For copyright reasons, videos are not returnable. If faulty, they will be exchanged for a new copy of the same title. Magazines are not returnable. Opened kits are not returnable, because the next customer doesn't want an opened kit.
Please note that most videos we sell are NTSC and can only be used on a VCR which will play NTSC videos, the standard in North America and Japan. If you are not in those countries and do not have a multi-system VCR, the videos will not play. So, do not order a video with the reference number vid... or vig... Instead order one with the ref vip - which is a PAL video for use in most of the other countries of the world.

BACK ORDERS:
If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you in the email sent to you when we ship the rest of the order. We never charge for items we are unable to ship.
When the item comes back into stock within 3 months and you are in the USA, we will ship automatically and charge a nominal $4.95 for shipping.
If the items comes back into stock between 3 and 6 months, we will email you (or postmail you) first to ask if you still want it.
If you are outside the USA, we will email you (or postmail you) first before we ship any back orders.

PRE ORDERS:
We accept preorders for brand new releases. They will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. Shipping charges will be at normal rates.

MAGAZINES:
We import over 40 British car magazines by air and distribute these to subscribers and the specialist trade. All subscription rates quoted in our lists cover the number of issues quoted (usually one year) and include the cost of the magazine and mailing to you. You are paying for one year at the published frequency. If a magazine which was published 6 times a year is increased to 12 times a year, you will still receive the six magazines you originally paid for. They will only take six months to reach you and not one year. So you may expect to have to renew earlier.

Address Changes. To avoid missing magazines, please advise us in good time before you move. Although you may tell the Post Office you are moving, they do NOT usually tell magazine distributors. The most we can expect is that well after you have moved, they will return part of an empty magazine envelope to us with your new address on it. They even charge us extra for this service, but they never return magazines and may tell us 2-3 months after you have moved - or not at all.
This applies to periodicals mail. If you subscribe by first class mail, then the PO acts faster to tell us. But the bottom line is still to avoid missing an issue, you need to tell us before you move!

Sub Cancellation. If you decide to cancel your sub, you will receive a refund for magazines not shipped, less a service charge of $7.50. This part covers our ongoing costs incurred because our suppliers require 2-3 months before they will reduce our order quantities.

We will supply samples and back issues to anywhere in the world, and we supply subscriptions to USA/CAN/MEX by first or second class mail or by FedEx. We also supply the Caribbean, Central and South America by first class mail only. We will quote for anywhere in the world BUT if you are not in the Americas, it may be cheaper or faster for you to order directly from England.
